Covid-19 precautions
Due to COVID-19 we have decided to remove all cancellation fees. If you feel the slightest symptom, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible to cancel your trip. Our guides will do the same. If we have exhausted all other options and still cannot make your tour happen, we will contact you immediately. Because we do not take payment prior to your tour, you will not have lost your money.
It is very rare that we have to cancel. However, should we need to, we ask for your understanding in the situation that COVID-19 has put us all in.
Hygiene and cleanliness are always high priority. Since we are out in the middle of the forest without running water and electricity, we ask for your help and understanding in keeping everything fresh and sanitary. We ask guests to clean before departure according to the cleaning procedures posted on the wall of each cabin.
Duvets and pillows are provided at the camp. It is mandatory that you bring your own pillow case, duvet cover and sheet. You must cover all bedding for your own safety. You can also opt to bring your own sleeping bag and pillow.
Bring your own towel, water bottle and hand sanitizer for hygiene purposes.
The cabins are equipped with bunk beds. If you prefer to not share a cabin with other people on the tour, please contact us and we will check if a private cabin is available and provide you with an exact price.
